Four separate cases are involved in this appeal. Pence v. Big Lost River Irriga tion District, 83 Idaho 393, 364 P.2d 158; Donahue v. Big Lost River Irrigation District, 83 Idaho 393, 364 P.2d 158; Johnson v. Big Lost River Irrigation District, 83 Idaho 394, 364 P.2d 159. They have been consolidated for trial and upon this appeal.
