This is an appeal from a judgment of the Nineteenth Judicial District, Lincoln County. Charlotte Bolles Kuhlman brought a quiet title action against Teksu and Silkitwa Rivera. The Riveras counterclaimed for a determination of their water rights and a road easement. The District Court concluded that the Riveras had an easement for water from a spring on Kuhlman’s land and that they had a right of way across Kuhlman’s land as long as they reside on their property.
