The defendant, Rudolph Dettwiler, has appealed from a decree in favor of thé plaintiffs J. C. and Catherine Rentfro, declaring that the plaintiffs and. the defendant have equal rights in a certain irrigating ditch, and enjoining the defendant from interfering with the equal use of the ditch by the plaintiffs.
