Appeal from a judgment of Erie County Court (D’Amico, J.), entered October 5, 1998, convicting defendant after a nonjury trial of, inter alia, burglary in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: Defendant contends that the pretrial identification procedure was unduly suggestive and that County Court therefore erred in denying his motion to suppress the complainant’s identification testimony.
