In this consolidated appeal, defendant challenges a judgment convicting him of two counts of menacing and two counts of criminal mischief in the second degree (Case Number A154001), and a judgment convicting him of one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle and two lesser included counts of criminal trespass in the first and second degree (Case Number A154002).
