Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, ORS 811.700, failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons, ORS 811.705, reckless endangerment, ORS 163.195, and reckless driving, ORS 811.140.
