In this action under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 185, the court, on January 12, 1972, entered an order requiring tripartite arbitration before an arbitrator of the following arbitrations: (1) the arbitration between plaintiff Bell Aerospace Company Division of Textron, Inc.
