This is an appeal from an order denying plaintiff’s motion to set aside the judgment for defendants and enter judgment for plaintiff on the findings. A jury was impaneled advisory to the court and found certain facts which the court adopted in its findings and also returned a general verdict in favor of the defendant Phillips, and the court gave judgment in her favor. Plaintiff did not appeal from this judgment, but now appeals from an order denying its motion to vacate the judgment in favor of defendant and to enter judgment for plaintiff on the findings.
