SWEET, District Judge.

Facts

On December 22, 1988, Nathaniel Clark (“Clark”) pleaded guilty to escape from federal custody in violation of 18 U.S.C. §751. Clark was on furlough from the FCI in Ashland, Kentucky, where he was serving a sentence for armed bank robbery, to the Manhattan House Community Treatment Center (“CTC”) in New York City, where he was to serve out his sentence before a presumptive parole date of April 4, 1989.
