THIS MATTER comes before the court on defendant Sun’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed March 22, 1991. For the reasons stated below, the Motion is denied.
Background:
Plaintiff Stephanie Stahl was employed as a sales representative by defendant Sun Microsystems, Inc., in June, 1987. 1 During the course of her employment, the sales territory for which she was responsible was reduced several times without corresponding reduction in her annual sales goal.
