Plaintiff Dawn F. Munday (“Munday”) brought this action against Waste Management of North America, Inc. and Waste Management of Maryland, Inc. (collectively, ‘Waste Management”) for sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
