This is an appeal from a judgment dissolving a restraining order, and denying plaintiff relief by injunction.

The litigation commenced on March 25, 1918, when plaintiff brought an action in replevin against defendant to recover the possession of ten fire insurance expiration books. It was alleged in the petition in that case that plaintiff held the agency for various fire and tornado insurance companies in Douglas county, and that the defendant had been employed by him as a farm solicitor for insurance from 1902 until October, 1917, when he…
