>?, These two appeals are from the action of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County on appeals from the orders of the Milk Control Commission. The Commission had fixed a price of $3.25 per hundredweight to be paid to producers in the Pittsburgh area for class 1 fluid milk. This order was effective, and unattacked, from December 21,1936, until July, 1937. At that time the Greater Pittsburgh Milk Dealers’ Association filed a petition with the Commission for revision, contending that a new labor agreement and other new expenses had caused higher…
