The plaintiff brought his action to-recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of the defendant. The plaintiff was what is commonly known as a meat-trucker in the packing-.house of defendant at Kansas City, Kan. It was his duty to remove meat from the different floors of the building to other-floors.
