This is an action brought originally by the employee himself against his employers to recover damages for per*193sonal injuries sustained by him in being thrown from a trailer of a truck driven by an employee of the defendants around a corner at an excessive rate of speed. A general verdict for the plaintiff for $2,000 and answers to special questions were returned by the jury. Judgment was rendered thereon in favor of the plaintiff, from which defendants appeal.
