This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the holding of the Primary Examiner rejecting as unpatentable claims 26 and 28 through 34, inclusive, the only remaining claims in appellant’s application for a patent for “Production of Aluminum Fluoride.” The appeal has been withdrawn with respect to all claims except claims 26, 30 and 34, which are the only claims before us.
