This is an appeal from a judgment given in favor of plaintiff, upon motion for judgment on the pleadings. The complaint was in nineteen counts, each of which set up a cause of action for services or material furnished in this state, at the special instance and request of defendant, for the yacht “Yankee Girl,” in the construction of said yacht, owned by said defendant.
