This is an appeal from an order of the. district court denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial after the court found for defendants.

Plaintiff brought suit against her sister and the latter’s husband. She alleged that she engaged in the operation of a rest home with defendants; that defendants refused to account to her as to the profits of the partnership; and that they denied her any participation in the partnership business.
