Appellant, Renja Sigurdson, an employee of the Isanti County Assessor’s Office since 1975, brought suit under the Human Rights Act, Minn.Stat. § 363.03, subd. l(2)(c) (1984), against respondents Isanti County; Aaron Boettcher, her former supervisor; and Frank Mennenga, her current supervisor.
