Pro Se plaintiff Adrienne Marsh Lefkowitz (“Lefkowitz”) brought this action alleging claims of breach of fiduciary duty and fraud against defendants the Bank of New York (“BNY”), McCarthy, Finger, Donovan, Drazen & Smith, L.L.P.
