Plaintiff Soroof Trading Development Company Ltd. (“Plaintiff’ or “Soroof’) brings this action against GE Fuel Cell Systems, LLC (“GEFCS”), GE Microgen, Inc., and Plug Power, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), for breach of contract, misrepresentation, conversion, constructive trust, unjust enrichment and an accounting under New York state law.
