Plaintiffs, John Stoller and Lydia Stoller, brought this action against defendant, State of Nebraska, seeking to quiet title to the oil, gas, and mineral rights on described school lands allegedly owned by plaintiffs in Red Willow County, and to enjoin defendant from asserting any rights therein. Defendant filed an answer to plaintiffs’ petition, and plaintiffs demurred generally thereto. The demurrer was sustained and, defendant having elected not to plead further, a judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant which quieted the title in plaintiffs as prayed.
