The plaintiffs, Frank and Leonard Verrastro, sought damages from the defendant, Middlesex Insur*180anee Company, claiming that the defendant wrongfully refused to pay the proceeds of a fire insurance policy on a building owned by the plaintiffs and damaged by fire.
