GOLD, District Judge.

Zilpha Salmon, a guidance counselor at Eneida M. Hartner Elementary School, filed this action against the Dade County School Board pursuant to section 12112 of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. sections 12101 et seq., and the Florida Civil Rights Act, section 760.01, Fla. Stat., alleging that the defendant failed to provide a reasonable accommodation for her disability and, on the basis of her disability, denied her an equal chance for promotion.
