This is an employment discrimination case. Alisha Regan appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of her former employer, Faurecia Automotive Seating, Inc., on her disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Michigan Persons With Disabilities Civil Rights Act, and her gender discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Michigan’s ElliotL-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
