Plaintiff Betty Ravel filed this action against defendant Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, alleging that defendant discriminated against her on the basis of her disability in violation of the American with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), (Notice of Removal Ex.
