The plaintiff, North Central Dairymen’s Cooperative (hereinafter NCDC), is a Wisconsin cooperative whose members are dairy farmers. Plaintiff, RMD, Inc., is a Wisconsin corporation formed to lease and manage a milk receiving facility in Hartford, Wisconsin. The defendants, Sylvia and Jachial L.
