The petition herein is made pursuant to sec. 3, art. VII, of the constitution of this state, which pro*320vides that “The supreme court shall have a general superintending control over all inferior courts.” No question is raised as to the power of the court to exercise superintending control over all inferior courts by the use of either a writ of mandamus or a writ of prohibition.
