The Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) has brought this motion for summary judgment against Douglas C. Brandon (“Brandon”) pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This case involves material misrepresentations regarding a Ponzi scheme in which Brandon represented himself as trustee and sole signatory (the “Trustee”) for Credit Bancorp, Ltd.
