LINNEA R. JOHNSON, United States Magistrate Judge.

THIS CAUSE came on for non-jury trial before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge by consent of the parties. The trial lasted nine days, commencing September 10, 2007. Based upon the evidence and testimony submitted, and considering the relevant statutes and case law, this Court finds in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants.
