This civil action filed on May 13, 1970, seeks to enjoin the defendants from “* * * molesting or interfering with the plaintiff and his tenants * * *” while using a roadway crossing a tract of land lying along the westerly shore of a body of water known as the Ponagansett Reservoir located in the town of Glocester.
