This in an appeal by the defendants from a decree of the superior court of Cook county. The decree was entered on the complaint of appellee, Russell A. Jones. By the complaint he alleged that on January 29, 1940, he entered into a written contract with Gustav Charles Koepke, whereby Koepke agreed to convey by warranty deed the property described in the complaint, to Jones, upon his making the payments provided in the contract.
