This is a bill in equity to enjoin permanently the enforcement of a judgment at law rendered against the complainant in an action of trespass and ejectment, and also to establish a constructive trust for her benefit in certain real estate, situate in East Providence, in this state, which was involved in that action. After a hearing in the superior court on bill, answer and proof a decree granting the relief prayed for was entered by that court.
