This case involves title to 80 acres of land in Clare county described as the west % of the northwest % of section 10, town 20 north, range 3 west, which apparently had little value until the re cent discovery of oil and gas in that part of the State.

The facts are stipulated. On January 22, 1892, Edward Siskron and wife held title to the land in question. Both plaintiff and defendant base their claims of ownership on separate chains of title originating with said Siskron and wife.
