In this suit complainants filed a bill to quiet title to 23 lots located in Charles Kudner’s subdivision of the S. of the N. W. % of S. E. % of section 8, town 4 N., range 2 W., in the city of Lansing, Mich.
In March, 1887, Charles Kudner, the then owner of said property, subdivided and platted the same into 169 lots, duly executing and acknowledging the plat thereof and having the same certified and approved by the surveyor and auditor general, according to law.
