This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court affirming a judgment of the circuit court of Grundy county in favor of appellee, against appellant, in an action on the case for wrongfully causing the death of the plaintiff’s wife, Anna Wilson. The declaration consisted of four counts.
