The questions presented for - decision herein arise upon the presentation of a petition on behalf of the complainant for a writ of injunction against the defendants, their attorneys and agents, enjoining them from prosecuting or conducting any further proceedings in a certain suit now pending in the district court of Humboldt county, Nev., entitled “J. H. Thies, P. N. Marker, and H. C. Marker, Plaintiffs, vs. W. C. Pitt, J. T. Hauskins, and L.
