This employment discrimination case is before the Court on the defendant’s motion for partial dismissal or, alternatively, for partial summary judgment. 2 After careful consideration of the parties’ papers and the entire record in the case, the Court granted defendant’s motion by Order of March 31, 2009. This Opinion explains the reasoning underlying that Order.
