OPINION, ORDER AND JUDGMENTS
SPIEGEL, District Judge.
These consolidated cases came before the Court for entry of a General Verdict for each plaintiff pursuant to a pre-trial agreement by the parties that the Court would enter the General Verdict consistent with special interrogatories answered by the jury. All of the plaintiffs have claims under the Federal Age Discrimination In Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. Plaintiff Hughes also has a claim for age discrimination under Ohio Revised Code § 4101.17. Plaintiff Merkel has a state common-law claim for unlawful discharge. The jury…
