Burl M. Buckner, a California resident, suffered an injury to his heart while employed as an ironworker by Reynolds Electrical & Engineering Company, Inc., hereinafter called Reynolds. The Industrial Accident Commission (the commission) 2 awarded Buckner workmen’s compensation benefits.
