Plaintiff filed this suit against the defendants to secure specific performance of an option to purchase a residence and a small tract of land on the outskirts of Monmouth in Polk County. At the close of plaintiffs case the trial court granted defendants’ motion for a dismissal. Plaintiff appeals, and we reverse.

We review the evidence de novo. The following is a summary of our determination of the facts.
