Shawna Barber appeals from two orders of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County granting summary judgment in favor of appellees Woodbridge Karters, Inc. (Woodbridge), Margay Racing Products, Inc. (Margay), and Eastern Karting Company (Eastern). Several questions are presented on this appeal; we restate them as follows:
