The bill of complaint in this case was filed by owners of two house trailers situated on different lots to enjoin the city of Battle Creek from ousting them from their trailer coaches pursuant to a city ordinance. The trial judge held the ordinance constitutional and dismissed the bill. Plaintiffs appeal.

No objection is raised to the joinder of two separate owners in this suit.
