Plaintiffs, the owners of an automobile trailer camp, filed a bill of complaint to enjoin the city of Detroit and its officers from enforcing an ordinance which requires 65 per cent, of the owners of real estate within 600 feet of plaintiffs’ property to consent to a license for the maintenance of such a camp; and which further prohibits the parking of occupied trailers in any such camp or camps for an accumulated period of more than 90 days in any 12-month period.
