This is an action in the nature of a creditors bill to have various conveyances of certain real property set aside as having been made in fraud of creditors. The sole question on this appeal is venue.

The complaint alleges that on November 5, 1958, at Los Angeles, California, a judgment was rendered in the superior court in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants Felicien P. Landier and Landier Investment Company for nearly $331,000.
