The Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, Petitioner, acting through Bar Counsel and at the direction of the Review Board, see Maryland Rule 16-709,1 filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action against Bradford Jay Barneys, Respon*569dent, charging him with misconduct, as defined by Rule 16-701(k),2 in connection with his alleged unauthorized practice of law in Maryland.
