This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the law firms of Latti Associates and the Offices of Francis J. DeVito, attorneys for Plaintiffs, George Rusinow, Artur Jedryeh and Michael Trucking Corporation, to withdraw as counsel for all Plaintiffs.
