The defendant in error, Mary Beecher, at the trial of an action commenced by her in the court of common pleas against the plaintiff in error, the Interstate Motor Freight Corporation, recovered a verdict of $7,500, upon which judgment was entered by the court.

The defendant, as plaintiff in error, now seeks to reverse this judgment. The plaintiff is, by vocation, a teacher, and on August 25, 1926, and the day preceding, was attending the Huron County Teachers’ Institute at Norwalk.
