Iva E. Callahan, administratrix of the estate of Daniel B. Callahan, deceased, as plaintiff, brought an action against the Liberty Highway Company, Roscoe C. Griffith, and the Detroit, Monroe & Toledo Shore Line Railway Company, as defendants, to recover damages for the wrongful death of her husband. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff as against the Liberty Highway Company and Roscoe C.
