MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is the Complaint of Plaintiff Mercantile Bank of Joplin N.A. (“the Bank”), seeking to have the discharge of Debtor Frank Nicsinger (“Debtor”) denied pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(7). The Bank also seeks to have certain debts declared nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A). These debts arise out of Debtor’s personal guaranty of certain obligations of a corporation of which he was President.
